Overview
The Mechanical Briquetting Press BriqTech Model: BT-080-900Max is designed for the production of biomass pellets, providing efficiency and reliability in operation.
The mechanical briquetting press operates based on the accumulation and release of kinetic energy through a flywheel. This mechanism allows for the compression of material in a special chamber, turning it into dense and uniform briquettes. Due to the high force generated in a short amount of time, this type of press is ideal for large production volumes and ensures efficient energy consumption.
The Mechanical Briquetting Press produces briquettes from sawdust, Series "BriqTech" Model: BT-080-900Max. The principle of the press with a mechanical system powered by a piston - the raw material is pressed without adhesives or binders, forming briquettes (solid fuel) with a density of up to 1450 kg/m3. The briquettes are used in thermal power plants, fireplaces, stoves, wood-fired ovens, offering higher yield and calorific power than firewood and are 100% environmentally friendly!
