Overview
The Mechanical Briquetting Press BriqTech model: BT-070-800Max-Duo is designed for the production of biomass pellets, offering efficiency and reliability in operation.
The mechanical briquetting press operates on the principle of accumulating and releasing kinetic energy through a flywheel. This mechanism allows compression of the material in a special chamber, transforming it into dense and uniform briquettes. Due to the high force generated in a short period, this type of press is ideal for large production volumes and ensures efficient energy consumption.
The mechanical briquetting press produces briquettes from rapeseed straw or wood shavings Series "BriqTech" model: BT-070-800Max-Duo. The principle of the piston-driven mechanical press - the raw material is pressed without adhesives or binders, forming briquettes (solid fuel) with a density of up to 1450 kg/m3. Briquettes are used in thermal power plants, boilers, stoves, wood-burning ovens, and provide higher efficiency and calorific power than firewood and are 100% ecological!
Technical Specifications of the briquetting press:
