Overview
The Mechanical Briquette Press BriqTech model: BT-070-800Max is designed for the production of biomass pellets, offering efficiency and reliability in operation.
The mechanical briquetting press operates by accumulating and releasing kinetic energy through a flywheel. This mechanism allows the compression of material in a special chamber, transforming it into dense and uniform briquettes. Due to the high force generated in a short time, this type of press is ideal for large production volumes and ensures efficient energy consumption.
The mechanical briquette press produces briquettes from rapeseed-straw or sawdust Series "BriqTech" model: BT-070-800Max. The principle of the press with a piston-driven mechanical system - raw material is pressed without adhesives or binders, forming briquettes (solid fuel) with a density of up to 1450 kg/m3. The briquettes are used in thermal power plants, furnaces, wood stoves, and fireplaces, with a yield and calorific value higher than that of firewood and 100% ecological!
Technical features of the briquetting press:
Productivity up to: 600 – 900 kg/hour depending on the raw material
Briquette diameter: 70-75 mm for plant residues, sawdust (80-85 mm for straw)
Briquette length: 100-300 mm
Main briquette press motor - 45 kW
Feeding motor - 3 kW
Dosage motor – 3 kW
