Minicomplex Wood Shavings Rapeseed-Straw Pellet Press GFD-0.7 is designed for biomass pellet production, offering efficiency and reliability in operation.

Raw material type: wood shavings* (granulation 3-5mm, 70% hardwood and 30% softwood, optional dextrin 1.0-1.5%, steam generator), cereal straw, grains, rapeseed, alfalfa, feed, other biomass waste, manure, and other compostable agricultural waste.
Each raw material has different tapering and sizes at the flat die rotary system.
The patented conical group by Briquetting Technology series "PellTech" offers reliability, performance, and stable operation 24/7. The conical group in the pellet press with Timken bearings and Shell oil is designed for operation in extreme working conditions. The operation of the conical group is tested and approved by Timken®.

Minicomplex Pellet Press - Pellet Production Line - The pelletizing plant consists of:
- Hopper Volume 0.4 m³ with raw material feeding screw
- Mini feeding screw for components (lignin, dextrin, bran, etc.)
- Mixing screw with raw material humidification system
- Automated lubrication system for pellet press oil
- Oil cooling radiator with fan and thermostat
- Pellet press
- Flat die rotary with 4 fixed rollers*(manual pneumatic greasing every 2/4 hours, without production stop, Timken bearings, Total Ceran XM460 grease)
