Patented conical group from Briquetting Technology series "PellTech" which offers reliability, performance, stable operation 24/7. The conical group in the pellet press with Timken bearings and Shell oil is designed for operation in extreme working conditions. The operation of the conical group is tested and approved by Timken®.

Mini Pellet Press - Pellet Production Line - The pelletizing plant consists of:
- Hopper with screw feeder for raw material
- Mini screw feeder for component supply (lignin, dextrin, bran, etc.)
- Mixing screw with raw material humidification system
- Automated lubrication system for the pellet press oil
- Oil cooling radiator with fan
- Pellet press
- Flat rotary die with 4 fixed rollers*(manual pneumatic greasing every 2/4 hours, without production stoppage, Timken bearings, Total Ceran XM460 grease)
- Vibrating screen

- Pellet conveyor belt with dust extraction
- Control panel and electrical control, inverter, Eaton soft starter, with a 10-meter three-phase cable
