The Shredder ID 1400 crusher features a special two-cylinder pusher guide that travels along the moon-shaped crushing space, and reduces the possibility of jamming and increases the productivity of the machine. Precise guidance of the hydraulic pusher is ensured by segmentally attached sets of iron guides. Maintenance of the machine is possible from the rear side, where an opening is prepared for this purpose, which enables safe and quick replacement of cutting blades, cutting battens and other components important for proper operation. Controlled movement of the hydraulic push plate and reduction of the possibility of material jamming is ensured by the function of segments components called ReMotion™.
