The SPB-30 rotary dryer is used in the briquetting line for sawdust, producing briquettes and pellets from sawdust.

Working principle of the dryer:
1. Heat generator - construction from steel and high-temperature resistant chamotte
2. Raw material feeding hopper Volume - 1.6 - 3 cubic meters with dosing screw in the dryer
3. Rotary tube with 3 drying chambers in serpentine shape
4. Fan, Cyclone with rotary valve with free fall
5. Control panel and automated operating program via Siemens LCD depending on the moisture content of the raw material
The drying process: the wet raw material passes through the rotary tube composed of 3 drying chambers in serpentine shape, where it mixes and loses moisture with the help of hot air. Then, the dry raw material falls from the cyclone with a rotary valve, while the moist air is vented into the atmosphere via the fan.
