Working principle of the dryer:
1. Heat generator - steel and refractory material construction resistant to high temperatures.
2. Raw material feeding hopper Volume - 1.6 - 3 cubic meters with dosing screw into the dryer.
3. Rotary tube with 3 drying chambers in a serpentine shape.
4. Fan, Cyclone with rotary valve with free fall.
5. Control panel and automated operation program via Siemens LCD depending on the moisture of the raw material.
The drying process: the moist raw material is passed through the rotary tube composed of 3 drying chambers in the shape of serpentine, where it loses moisture as it is mixed with hot air. Then, the dry raw material falls from the cyclone with a rotary valve, and the moist air is vented into the atmosphere through the fan.
