Rotary drum dryer for sawdust series SPB-20 is designed for the production of biomass pellets, offering efficiency and reliability in operation.
The SPB-20 rotary dryer is used in the sawdust briquetting line, for the production of briquettes and pellets from sawdust.

Technology used since 2025
Working principle of the dryer:
1. Heat generator - built from steel and high-temperature resistant firebrick.
2. Raw material feeding hopper Volume - 1.6 - 3 m³ with dosing auger in the dryer.
3. Rotary tube with 3 chambers with spirals.
4. Fan, Cyclone with rotary valve with free fall.
5. Control panel and automated operation program via Siemens LCD based on the raw material moisture.
The drying process: the wet raw material passes through the rotary tube consisting of 3 drying chambers in a spiral shape, where it mixes and loses moisture with the help of hot air. Then, the dry raw material falls from the cyclone with a rotary valve, and the moist air is vented into the atmosphere by the fan.
