Overview
The mechanical briquetting press BriqTech model: BT-065-500 is designed for the production of biomass pellets, offering efficiency and reliability in operation.
The BT-065-500 represents an innovative solution for briquetting plant materials, such as agricultural and vegetable waste. This mechanical briquetting press efficiently processes wood chips, cereal straw, sunflower husks, and other residues from natural biomass. Compaction at a density of up to 1450 kg/m3 transforms these materials into eco-friendly briquettes, with a higher calorific value than firewood. With a productivity of 400-600 kg/hour and a briquette diameter of 65-70 mm, the BT-065-500 is ideal for industrial use. Manufactured by Briquetting Technology in the Czech Republic and assembled in the EU and Ukraine, this press guarantees lasting quality, backed by over 15 years of experience.
The briquetting press with a mechanical system operates on the principle of accumulating and releasing kinetic energy through a flywheel. This mechanism allows for the compression of the material in a special chamber, transforming it into dense, uniform briquettes. Due to the high force generated in a short time, this type of press is ideal for large production volumes and ensures efficient energy consumption.
The mechanical briquetting press produces briquettes made from rapeseed-straw or wood chips of 65-70 mm Series "BriqTech" model: BT-065-500. The principle of the piston-driven mechanical press - the raw material is compressed without adhesives or binders, forming briquettes (solid fuel) with a density of up to 1450 kg/m3. The briquettes are used in cogeneration plants, stoves, wood-burning ovens, and have a higher yield and calorific value than firewood and are 100% eco-friendly!
