SPB10-UNI Standard is designed for maximum efficiency, reducing the moisture content of raw materials and preparing them for optimal processing. It integrates seamlessly into briquetting, pelletizing, and granulating lines, ensuring high production capacity.

Working principle of the universal rotary dryer:
1. Industrial heating plant on mixed solid fuel with pyrolysis and hot air generator - constructed from stainless steel and high-temperature resistant fireclay
2. Cyclone separator for sparks and dust, electrostatic charged spark separator and dust separator
3. Automated feeding chamber for raw material* (pelletized briquettes, wood shavings pellets, agro-pellets, lemm shredding) Volume - 1.6 - 3 m³
4. Three drying modes in a rotary tube with 3 chambers with serpentine coils
5. Fan, Cyclone with a rotary valve with free fall
6. Control panel and automated operation program via Siemens/Eaton PLC depending on the moisture of the raw material
7. Wet raw material homogenization hopper Volume 4.2 m³ - 2 pcs.
The drying process: wet raw material is dried with the help of hot air passing through the rotary tube composed of 3 drying chambers in the form of serpentine coils, where it loses moisture through mixing. Then, the dried raw material falls from the cyclone with a rotary valve, and moist air is vented into the atmosphere by the fan.

Control system – the entire device is controlled from a centralized switching panel with automatic adjustment, touchscreen control. After setting the necessary parameters, the rotary dryer can be operated completely automatically, but with the necessary control from the operator regarding the correctness and proper functioning of the entire assembly – Universal Rotary Dryer SPB10-UNI Standard. The electrical components mounted throughout the assembly comply with EU standards.
