The SPB5-AGRO rotary dryer is used for drying grains or in the production line for pellets and briquettes from rapeseed-straw.

Working Principle of the Dryer:
1. Heat generator - steel construction and fireproof chamotte resistant to high temperatures.
2. Raw material feed hopper Volume - 1.6 - 3 m³ with auger dosing into the dryer.
3. Rotary drum with one drying chamber.
4. Fan, Cyclone with a rotary valve with free fall.
5. Control panel and automated operating program via Siemens LCD depending on the moisture content of the raw material.
The drying process: the wet raw material, aided by hot air, passes through the rotary drum comprised of one drying chamber with paddles, where it loses moisture as it is mixed. Subsequently, the dried raw material falls from the cyclone with a rotary valve, while the moist air is vented into the atmosphere by the fan.
