The SPB30-AGRO rotary dryer is used for drying grains or the production line for pellets or briquettes from rapeseed-straw.

Working Principle of the Dryer:
1. Heat generator - construction from steel and high-temperature resistant chamotte.
2. Raw material feeding hopper Volume - 1.6 - 3 cubic meters with dosing screw in the dryer.
3. Rotating tube with one drying chamber.
4. Fan, Cyclone with rotating valve with free fall.
5. Control panel and automated operating program via Siemens LCD depending on raw material moisture.
The drying process: Wet raw material passes through the rotating tube composed of one drying chamber with paddles using hot air, where it mixes and loses moisture. Then, the dried raw material falls from the cyclone with a rotating valve, while the moist air is ventilated into the atmosphere by the fan.
