Rotary Dryer for Grains and Straw Series SPB20-AGRO is designed for biomass pellet production, providing efficiency and reliability in operation.
The SPB20-AGRO rotary dryer is used for drying grains or in the pellet production line or briquettes from rapeseed-straw.

Operating Principle of the Dryer:
1. Heat generator - construction from steel and refractory materials resistant to high temperatures.
2. Raw material feeding tank Volume - 1.6 - 3 cubic meters with a dosing screw in the dryer.
3. Rotary tube with one drying chamber.
4. Fan, Cyclone with rotary valve for free fall.
5. Control panel and automated operating program via Siemens LCD depending on raw material moisture.
The drying process: moist raw material passes through the rotary tube composed of one drying chamber with paddles, where it mixes and loses moisture with the help of hot air. Then, the dry raw material falls from the cyclone with a rotary valve, while the humid air is ventilated into the atmosphere through the fan.
