Rotary Dryer for Grains and Straw Series SPB10-AGRO is designed for the production of biomass pellets, offering efficiency and reliability in operation.
The SPB10-AGRO rotary dryer is used for drying grains or in the pellet or briquette production line from rapeseed-straw.

Working principle of the dryer:
1. Heat generator - steel construction with refractory chamotte resistant to high temperatures.
2. Raw material feeding hopper Volume - 1.6 - 3 cubic meters with dosing auger in the dryer.
3. Rotary tube with one drying chamber.
4. Fan, Cyclone with a rotary valve for free fall.
5. Control panel and automated operation program via Siemens LCD depending on the raw material moisture.
The drying process: wet raw material passes through the rotary tube composed of one drying chamber with paddles using hot air, losing moisture as it mixes. Subsequently, the dry raw material falls from the cyclone with the rotary valve, and the moist air is ventilated into the atmosphere by the fan.
