Working principle of the dryer:
1. Heat exchanger (Stove):
The heat exchanger (Stove) is a welded construction with an insulated combustion chamber
2. V-1.6m.cub bunker with dosing screw into the dryer:
It is a welded construction - a bunker for the raw material equipped with agitators driven by an electric motor.
3. Pipes and cyclones: Cyclones, welded sheet pipes are connected through a clamping ring.
In the drying process, cold air, with the help of the heat exchanger (Stove), is heated and mixed with the wet raw material. The plant residues - straw, are dried for a few seconds. Then, the dried raw material falls through the cyclone into the briquetting press or the homogenization bunker for the dried raw material, and the exhaust air is ventilated into the atmosphere.
