Technology used since 2025.
Working principle of the dryer:
1. Heat exchanger (Stove):
The heat exchanger (Stove) is a welded construction lined with brick, featuring a combustion chamber and spark separator.
2. Bunker V-1.6m.cub with feeding screw in the dryer:
This is a welded construction - a bunker for raw materials equipped with agitators driven by an electric motor.
3. Pipes and cyclones: the cyclones and welded sheet metal pipes are connected by a clamping ring.
During the drying process, cold air is heated and mixed with the damp raw material using the heat exchanger (Stove). Wet sawdust is dried in a matter of seconds. Then, the dried raw material falls through the cyclone into the briquetting press or into the homogenization bunker for the dried raw material, while the exhaust air is vented into the atmosphere.
Optional accessories for aerodynamic sawdust dryer DAD-0.6-1.2:
PLC Control System
Heat recovery in the heat exchanger (Stove)
Overload sensor at maximum level in the bunker
Vibrating sleeve filter - exhaust fan.
Conclusion
Aerodynamic sawdust dryer DAD-0.6-1.2 represents a practical solution for utilizing biomass into eco-friendly fuel, with optimized efficiency and costs.
