Overview

Aerodynamic Hay Dryer DAD-0.4-0.8 is designed for the production of biomass pellets, offering efficiency and reliability in operation.

The DAD-0.4-0.8 aerodynamic dryer is used in the briquette and pellet production line from hay.

Working principle of the dryer:

1. Heat exchanger (Stove):

The heat exchanger (Stove) is a welded structure with an oven featuring an insulated combustion chamber.

2. Hopper with screw feeder in the dryer:

It is a welded structure - a hopper for raw material equipped with agitators driven by an electric motor.

3. Pipes and cyclones: the cyclones, pipes made of welded sheet are connected through a clamp ring.

In the drying process, cold air is heated with the help of the heat exchanger (Stove) and mixes with the wet raw material. Plant residues - hay, are dried in a few seconds. Then, the dried raw material falls through the cyclone into the briquetting press or into the homogenization hopper for dried raw materials, while the exhaust air is vented into the atmosphere.
