Technology used since 2025
The working principle of the dryer:
1. Heat exchanger (Furnace):
The heat exchanger (Furnace) is a welded construction with a combustion chamber isolated.
2. Hopper V-1.6m.cub with dosing screw in the dryer:
It is a welded construction - Hopper for raw material equipped with agitators powered by an electric motor.
3. Pipes and cyclones: the cyclones, pipes made of welded sheet are connected by a fastening ring.
In the drying process, cold air, with the help of the heat exchanger (Furnace), heats up and mixes with the wet raw material. The vegetable residues - Straw, are dried in a few seconds. Then, the dried raw material falls into the briquetting press or into the storage bunker for the homogenization of dry raw materials, while the exhaust air is vented into the atmosphere.
Optional accessories for the aerodynamic straw dryer DAD 0.6-1.2:
PLC Control System
Heat recovery in the Heat Exchanger (Furnace)
Overload sensor for maximum level in the hopper
Vibrating sleeve filter - exhaust fan
Conclusion
Aerodynamic Dryer for Straw DAD-0.6-1.2 represents a practical solution for utilizing biomass into eco-friendly fuel, with optimized efficiency and costs.
