The DAD-0.6-1.2Max aerodynamic dryer is used in the briquette and pellet production line from rapeseed-straw or sawdust.

Working principle of the dryer:
1. Heat exchanger (Stove):
The heat exchanger (Stove) is a welded construction with an oven with an insulated combustion chamber, heat recovery.
2. V-3m.cub bunker with dosing screw in the dryer:
It is a welded construction - a round bunker for raw material equipped with stirrers driven by an electric motor and an overload sensor for maximum bunker.
3. Pipes and cyclones: the cyclones and welded sheet metal pipes are connected by a clamping ring.
In the drying process, cold air, with the help of the heat exchanger (Stove), heats up and mixes with the wet raw material. Wet sawdust or vegetable residues - Straw, are dried for a few seconds. Then, the dried raw material falls through the cyclone into the briquette press or into the homogenization bunker for the dry raw material, and the exhaust air is ventilated into the atmosphere.

Vibrating sleeve filter - exhaust fan
Automated burner for maintaining a constant temperature of the dryer (raw material used in burner A1, A2 pellets)
