Working principle of the dryer:
1. Heat generator - constructed from steel and high-temperature-resistant refractory material
2. Material feeding tank with a volume of 1.6 - 3 m³ equipped with a dosing screw for feeding into the dryer
3. Rotary tube with 3 chambers and serpentine coils
4. Fan, Cyclone with rotary valve and free fall
5. Control panel and automated program operation through Siemens LCD based on the moisture content of the raw material
Drying process: The wet raw material passes through the rotary tube consisting of 3 drying chambers with serpentine coils, where it mixes and loses its moisture with the help of hot air. Then, the dried raw material falls from the cyclone with a rotary valve, while the humid air is ventilated into the atmosphere through the fan.
