Working principle of the dryer:
1. Heat exchanger (Stove):
The heat exchanger (Stove) is an internally welded construction with a brick chamber, a combustion chamber, and a spark separator.
2. V-1.6m³ hopper with dosing screw into the dryer:
It is a welded construction - a hopper for raw material equipped with electric motor-driven stirrers.
3. Pipes and cyclones: The cyclones, welded sheet metal pipes, are connected through a clamp ring.
In the drying process, the cold air, with the help of the heat exchanger (Stove), is heated and mixed with the wet raw material. The wet wood chips are dried for a few seconds. Then, the dried raw material falls into the briquetting press or the homogenization hopper for dried raw material, and the exhaust air is ventilated into the atmosphere.
