Working principle of the dryer:
1. Heat Exchanger (Stove):
The heat exchanger (stove) is a welded construction with an insulated combustion chamber
2. Bunker with dosing screw into the dryer:
It is a welded construction - a bunker for the raw material equipped with electric motor-driven agitators.
3. Pipes and cyclones: the cyclones, welded sheet metal pipes are connected through a clamping ring.
In the drying process, cold air, with the help of the heat exchanger (stove), is heated and mixed with the wet raw material. Vegetable residues - straw, are dried for a few seconds. Then, the dried raw material falls into the briquetting press or the bunker for homogenization of the dried raw material, and the exhaust air is vented into the atmosphere.
