Working principle of the dryer:
1. Heat exchanger (Stove):
The heat exchanger (Stove) is a welded construction with an insulated combustion chamber, heat recovery.
2. V-3m³ hopper with dosing screw into the dryer:
It is a welded construction - a round hopper for raw material equipped with electric motor-driven stirrers and a maximum hopper overload sensor.
3. Pipes and cyclones: The cyclones, welded sheet metal pipes, are connected through a clamping ring.
In the drying process, the cold air, with the help of the heat exchanger (Stove), is heated and mixed with the wet raw material. The wet wood chips or plant residues (straw) are dried for a few seconds. Then, the dried raw material falls through the cyclone into the briquette press or into the homogenization hopper of the dried raw material, and the exhaust air is ventilated into the atmosphere.
